This notice covers The Midday Journey’s text message reading service.

What we use

We use your mobile number, selected track, consent and confirmation records, reading progress, and message delivery status to send the readings you requested and respect your choices. We use a protected hash of your IP address for short-term signup abuse prevention.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts our signup and reading-progress system. Telnyx and participating carriers process phone numbers, messages, replies, and delivery information to provide text delivery. These providers may keep operational records under their own policies. SMS enrollment does not require an email address.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, lead-generation, or third-party analytics purposes. Service providers receive only the information needed to operate this text message service.

Keeping your choices

We keep enrollment and consent records to run your selected track, avoid duplicate readings, and honor opt-outs. Our application processes subscription keywords rather than keeping a conversation history. Telnyx and carriers may retain message content in their systems. Please do not send sensitive personal information by text.

Stopping or asking for help

Reply STOP to stop text readings. Reply HELP for our support email address if you need to correct your number or request deletion. We may need to keep a minimal suppression record so that a deletion request does not accidentally allow future texts.
